Untitled (backstage at Giorgio Armani Prive)
Selections from a portrait series I completed profiling local cyclists in Orlando. The entire series was shot with a 4x5 Large Format Camera using Kodak 160NC film.
As a youth presented with such a challenging
world, I was interested as to see how other groups in
my community deal with such issues. More specifically
cyclist. A growing number of youth have embraced the ways
of old and are taking on more liberal and sometimes even
transcendental ways of thinking. A silent protest taken to
the streets via a bicycle,a willingness to change, and
overwhelming compassion for what they do. Each portrait,
each person, each stare into the camera, is another story
and testament to that protest.
Developed 59 4x5 negatives this weekend. Here is a quick edit from what I have got through so far.
